I’m a problem solver, a process builder, and someone who thrives on giving others the tools and space to do their best work. When Kinsta decided to form a US company and transition their established UK business to the US I was tasked with figuring out how to make it happen in a compliant and efficient manner. I did do just that, but I didn’t do it on my own. I sought out the council of knowledgeable professional advisors, pulling select advisors into the inner fold. I built a team internally that could help me do the work and I handed off stretch tasks to trusted colleagues. I got the job done by asking lots of questions, finding the right advisors, and building out a team. As an executive for a fully-distributed international technology company, change is baked right into the job description. Recognizing this reality I engage my work with curiosity and humility, seek out the advice of those more experienced than myself, and continuously work to build out a team capable of tackling challenges far larger than I can handle on my own.
